Here are some of the most frequently asked questions that will help you plan your child’s visit.

Why are there 2 different prices for Birthday Parties
A.
The first price listed for birthday parties is for Trowbridge residents. The second price is for residents of parishes and other towns surrounding Trowbridge.
Q.
Do you offer trial sessions for pre-school and after school clubs?
A.
Yes we offer 1 trial session at 1 activity.
Q.
I have not received my booking confirmation
A.
Confirmations are sent from ClubSpark for bookings relating to Pre-school and After School clubs, holiday activities and bookings for the courts in Trowbridge Park. Please check your junk mail folder as confirmation emails are sometimes filtered by email providers.

Can someone else collect my child?
A.
If a different adult is collecting then please inform one of staff on arrival.
Q.
Can you help my child take their medication?
A.
During our Holiday Camps, we can supervise a child administering their own medication and we have also invited parents to come in. If your child needs medication, please can you inform us at the earliest opportunity.

What is the cost for the Active Extras week?
A.
£3.50 per week.
Q.
What are the shorter/longer day times and costs?
A.
A shorter day is 9:00am – 3:00pm (ie. normal school hours) and is £18 per day. An extended day is 8:00am – 4:00pm and is £22.60 per day.

Do you accept Childcare Vouchers?
A.
Bookings paying with childcare vouchers can be booked online. For payment please select offline payment and on receipt of your booking confirmation, please transfer the funds.

What do we need to bring for the Holiday Camps?
A.
A packed lunch (avoiding nut products where possible), a refillable water bottle, in the summer a sun hat, the rest of the year a coat/waterproof and wear clothes suitable for sport and trainers.
