Healthier Communities
Active Trowbridge in partnership with Park Yoga, Wiltshire FA and local providers offer a range of low cost adult fitness sessions exclusively for residents of the Longfield, Studley Green and Seymour Estates aged 16+. Introducing you to new sports or giving you the opportunity to reconnect with sports that you have participated in previously. A great way to meet new people, stay healthy and get involved in a team. Activities take place at locations in all three Trowbridge estates, and also includes including Trowbridge Park.
Seymour Led Walk
Free or low cost activities for YOUR community, IN your community!
A relaxed and friendly walking group, starting and finishing at The Seymour Community Hub in Trowbridge. Come and meet new people and get some gentle exercise.

Soccercise
Sessions are delivered to music and exercises are tailored for all fitness levels. The inclusion of footballs adds co-ordination and core stability to familiar exercises. It builds skills and confidence of working with a football

This Girl Can
Exclusively for females
Active Trowbridge bring you This Girl Can sessions as part of the Healthier Communities project. These fun and friendly sessions are exclusively for women of any ability looking to take part in a range of physical activities such as Dance Fitness and Badminton.

Walking Netball
This slower version of netball is a form of gentle exercise and an opportunity to meet new people in Trowbridge in a fun and friendly environment. In wet weather the session takes place inside at Studley Green Community Centre.

Walking Football
Active Trowbridge work in partnership with Wiltshire FA to bring you Walking Football in Trowbridge Park. This slower version of football is a low-impact sport and an opportunity to meet new people in your local area in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Free Park Tennis
Free, social tennis sessions, every weekend, coming to a park court near you. Each week you can sign up to a session at your local park court – no matter your age, background or ability – and play tennis for free. No partner? No problem. Free Park Tennis gives you the chance to meet new people, enjoy free exercise with a full-body workout and practice your skills, all in just a one-hour session every weekend at 10:00.
There are no on site toilets. Closest facilities are located in Castle Place Shopping Centre. Tennis Equipment supplied but feel free to bring your own along!
Park Yoga
Park Yoga aims to connect people to the natural outdoors, through a relaxing, energising and breathtaking yoga session, improving wellbeing and creating a positive ripple effect throughout communities.
Open to everyone & anyone
Just bring a mat/towel & a drink
*Children under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult

Corsham Town Council community event
Active Trowbridge were a great asset to our Street Fair – and a huge hit with everyone. We had the giant slide, tri-golf and dancing for our young visitors to enjoy and they all loved it. We would certainly have Active Trowbridge back at our events in the future.

Bouncy Castle Thanks
We used the purple bouncy castle for our church holiday club. Thanks to the guys who set it up and put it down afterwards. I thought the Castle was good value and I’m really pleased with the service we got. Thanks Active Trowbridge!
Inflatable hire for 5th birthday
The children had a brilliant weekend on the bouncy castle, they were sad to see it go! Thank you for accommodating us at short notice, will definitely be recommending you to friends & family and will certainly be using you again in future. This was our second time in 6 months :)

Sports Roadshow
Our instructors were brilliant and had our 13-17 year old young carers group all fully engaged and enthused about the sports they were doing. Activities were all made to be fun and i liked how they developed a developing a skill element first before introducing a game. our young people responded well to all the
