Ibrahim Abou El Fadl

Community Sports Coach

Ibby has 10+ years sports coaching experience and is actively developing Grassroots, Academies and Community Football programmes for a range of age groups and abilities alongside his position with Wiltshire FA – as an Inclusion Advisory Officer. He is also fluent in Dutch and Arabic. Ibby is well travelled having lived in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, The Netherlands and coached abroad in Zambia. He is also working towards his UEFA B coaching licence. Ibby holds a Sports Coaching degree from University of Bath.

Ibby’s community engagements with Bath City FC Community Foundation includes delivering a varitey of projects such as; Walking Football, Disability Football, Girls Football Dev and AfterSchool club activities.

He is also a qualified Boxing Coach and previously set-up and delivered Boxercise sessions.

Ibby was part of UK Sport and University of Bath to run football clinics to enhance coach/player developments in Zambia and to strengthen British-Zambian cultural relations.

He is renowned for his sheer enthusiasm and passion to motivate, adaptability and to develop players to reach their full potential as well as ensuring a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment for all to participate.

Ibby’s past roles was at Centre Parcs as a Leisure Activities Instructor, Teaching Assistant and Behaviour Support at Primary, Secondary and Special Needs schools.
